February 22, 200917 yr ANNOUNCEMENT: Issue 7 will be posted Monday. I am switching days because I have too much going on on Fridays. So check tomorrow for the next issue! Also, it will be the first issue to include puzzles, and will be around the length of last weeks double issue. Every week I will try to find new ways to entertain you as well as inform you. Another quick announcement is that I am not getting many submissions of articles or questions. I am accepting everything so if you have a story or stupid question you want answered, I got space. We have not used to the reader submission part of the paper once, and it would be cool if we could get some questions and SUGGESTIONS! We want to know what will make you want to read the paper all the time. I know the articles every week aren't keeping you entertained enough and you want something that has to do with your field of interest. If you want a weekly fantasy column, just PM me and I will make one. Anything to get people to start reading or keep people interested. Thanks a lot reader, and I hope to see you on tomorrows paper! PS: Only four more issues left until the first volume of papers are done. Every issue I'll be asking you to submit articles for our eleventh issue. All it will be is reader submitted content. There will be four categories and everyone who wins gets bragging rights, and a signature containing a cookie. Good stuff :) Also, anyone who submits will be on the list of Coffee Shoppe regulars. That was a big announcement, but I really am trying to make this weekly army of words to be the best it possibly can, and with your help, we will be able to make the army of words a force to be reckoned with.
February 25, 200917 yr Author My grandma died yesterday, so we made an emergency trip to St. LOuis. I guess you'll have to wait next week for the next issue, because I have too much to think about at the moment.
February 27, 200917 yr The way I see it, your once-a-week model isn't working. Very few people post in the Varrock Library, and I don't think a week is enough time for an issue to generate enough discussion. Maybe you should try doing it once every two weeks. And I'm sorry about your grandma. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
