Those are the latest products from the respective Graphics cards manufacturers. I used to play at 1680x1050 with max details (including 4xAA) and the fps would be stable at 50 (which is the max that RuneScape can play at) using my HD4870. The GTX cards are equal/more powerful the the HD series. Trust me when I say they can.
