Ok so everytime i walk into canifis a message is suppose to just appear but so far nothings happening.

 

 

 

My quest journal says: Savant managed to get a blue cape off solus as he teleported away. Solus must be in a place where those items are found.

 

 

 

I know im suppose to be goin to canifis but its just not working. anyone know whats wrong?

I think "a place that sells blue capes" is the champion's guild.

No i have to go to canifis, it even says so in the guide, but a cutscene is suppose to automatically just start when i walk into the town and my journal is telling me to go there basically, i think so atleast. so im kinda stumped.

Just try the Champions' Guild. That's where you're supposed to go when you get the blue cape.

 

And you might be reading the guide wrong.
