How do i add backgrounds in photoshop?

Also wana know how to like copy a image of my own screen into photoshop and remake it, (i onley want my char and not the background and that) :?:

make a new layer and put it behind the foreground?

 

 

 

print screen - copy into it

 

 

 

then get the polygonal lasso tool and zoom in loads, then cut your shape out of it and u can cut or copy it onto another piece
