Getting Around - Great Orb Project altar Teletabs

For Lunar Diplomacy in the part in wich you have to enchant your Dramen Staff you can use the Rune Crafting Guild teleport tablets to get there quickly (You still need the talismans/tiara/staff) You can also use the Omnistaff.

For dream Mentor you can acess the Island very quickly by using an Astral Altar Teletab (usable only after Lunar Diplomacy). The tab also makes it very useful when you want to switch to Lunar.

Also for the getting around guide I found that the Altar tele tabs make it great for getting to hard places (Shilo, Edge, Lumbridge Swamps)
