You have to craft your thread in such a way that you present a topic, argue your point, and invite people to agree to disagree. People need to have something to argue over and you have to provide that platform. A better example of a debate topic would be to ask: "Do you think that skills should go beyond level 100?" Then present your opinion on the matter and back it up. But this question would generate a concrete ANSWER rather than an opinion.
