It's waaaaaaaaaay more efficient to bank them, as you get 3.5 times the xp. And green dragons are only the best way to train prayer if it's your best income source. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

March 17, 200917 yr It really depend on your stats, for eg. I can solo bandos with 87 range, 80 def, 52 sum, 60 pray and ehm....64 Mage XD
