New Statues.

Well it seems that the Granite Mace sells for quite alot. It seems that doing the new Quest might be worth it. Any idea on the Mace drop rate? Any idea if camping at the Statues is possible and worth it?

dunno about the droprates, but camping is certainly not worth it.

 

the only reason pll buy a mace for 40k it because its new. in 3-5days allmost every p2p account interested in questing will have done the quest and the mace will be worth allmost nothing: droprates are quite high so every1 would just get its own mace...

I've camped at the statues for some time now, killing the ogers (lvl 75, 60 hp)

 

 

 

While killing some other statues, i got 6 maces from the ogers, and I gained about 110 - 120k combat exp. So... after some maths, thats about 500 kills. Minus the random kills, its about 1 mace in 80 oger kills.

Edit: Also, they drop:

 

alot of diamonds, which are 6k+ atm

 

Mystic, and plain earth battlestaves, which alch for 27k, and 9.3k

 

A decent amount of adamant maces, which are profitable to alch aswell

 

 

 

I hardly use food (my stats are in my sig)

 

In my opinion, they are nice and easy to kill with decent exp. But at the moment, you do need to overpower other campers, which can make it hard
