Quickchat is supposed to be the alternative for not getting banned by controlling your language. People who are muted are restricted to Quickchat. Because of that, they can't possibly be against the rules.

 

 

 

Either way, what if you really like someone's monkey nuts? What if you really liked someones Balls (level 10 approx.)? As long as you don't make perverted, sexual implications with them, they're pretty much innocent phrases.
