like how many can u get per hour at like 70 or 80 or 90 does it get ezer

Well, at f2p it's a nice income, if you mine at craft guild, using fally tele.

the brimhaven circles works well with fairy rings and magic whistle too. ;)

But there are only 7 rocks at the Guild, which means you sit idle waiting for gold rocks to respawn or end up taking silver. The Brimhaven ring has more rocks; if you are alone they start respawning about the time you mine the last one. Thus, you get more ores an hour there if you have Gloves #3.
