April 3, 200917 yr make sure you go to all minigames u can, also make as much quests as possible, but im not sure if ull make it anyway, i got it by doing quests and got it on the quest nubmer 200 aprox.. Quest Cape achieved on 27/4/09but nomad is preventing me to get it back... April 4, 200917 yr it will be possible if you don't finish the quests for rewards and just collect the songs from doing the quest
