Moad14 Posted April 5, 2009 Share Posted April 5, 2009 When I wanted to get 70 Range, I camped at Hill Giants from 60-70. They're not going to do much (hopefully any) damage, they spawn quickly enough, and drop big bones for low-level Prayer training.
