im trying to get into the kharazi jungle, do i need to have the legends quest done? or is there a way to get down there without it..

Start the quest to the point where the head of legends guild tells you to explore. Like step 2 in the whole quest?

well. just realized that i cant start it.. not enough quests done.. and 2 skills not up to par. look like im dropping this clue scroll..
