April 9, 200917 yr Yup he will take them noted, remember though you have to have a higher level (I believe it is 6 or 7 levels) then the pouch you are exchanging. For instance you must have around 8 summoning to exchange in spirit wolf pouches, even though it is only level 1 summoning to make them. This applies for all pouches.
