House lay-out

As some of you know, I'm going for 99 construction, and, as such, I'd like to have a house that is very enjoyable to host parties in, mostly the dungeon. I currently do have a dungeon, but it is to spread out to serve any purpose, and I mean to remedy that in my new house plan. I will be able to hold 30 rooms at 99 construction, and I will NOT be moving my throne room, as that contains my beautiful crystal thrones (Crystal > demonic). If you have any questions, please ask me. The southern formal garden is where the house portal is, and the two other normal gardens have dungeon entrances. The skill hall is also another way into the dungeon, and leads upstairs, as well as the Throne room. Well, here goes:
