April 16, 200917 yr They are good in F2P :thumbup: You can't use member itens on F2P, will just tell "member itens" and will no bonus, just looks. But if you wear a skill cape you can emote on F2P :thumbup:
April 16, 200917 yr Ping, I'm pretty sure battle robes are p2p only--so as for the question, no, they will not have their normal effect of saving your runes, nor will they give you stat bonuses. Same goes for any other member's item. (You may be thinking combat robes, which can be used on f2p worlds; battle robes are the purple ones)
