Story: This song is about the flaws of the human race (violence,rape etc.), and how the world would be a better place if nobody used violence or mistreated people. "Sometimes we're bright" is supposed to mean that we have made breakthroughs. "Other times we're just insane" means we use violence and agression. The rest is self-explainatory. Verse 1 tells a story of an abused girlfriend. Verse 2 tells a story of a man who is treated like dirt in school, he fights his bully. The bully kills him with a knife. Verse 3 is a man who wishes to be seperated from the violent world and wants to be put in a place of peace. --- No, I am not depressed or anything. Don't get the wrong impression. I have written songs for months and just came up with this one. Rate it on a scale of 1-10. 1 being worst, 10 being best. :thumbsup:
