can some1 show me how to animate in photoshop. the basiks . maybe a u can tell me how 2 do it or have a tutorial sumwhere cooped up in your computer lol post it here..

Well, save all the "frames" to GIFs, then put them in Microsoft GIF Animator (free, just Google it) and then drag and drop the GIFs in.

When you installed Photoshop a program called Imageready should have also been installed. This is the program you'll use to make animations

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's really simple. For anything basic you'll just make a new frame and then do some changes. Keep making new frames and changes and you'll the result.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For instance, have the image in the first frame say "cow." Then in the second from have it say "moo." Watch the gif and it will go "cow" and then "moo."
