Climb the beanstalk if you are prepared for a fight. You will have to kill Glod (level 138). Glod can hit in the upper teens and low 20s frequently, drains your prayer rapidly, draws you towards him (making it hard to range or mage), and randomly turns off your prayer. When defeated Glod drops the golden goblin. If you want to know what else he drops look at his entry in the bestiary by clicking here. Return the golden goblin to Syras (sylas) and he will tell you to chop the beanstalk down to prevent further giants from coming to the ground.

also the quest guide says u need antipoison but i dont remember needing it

Yes I had a problem when fighting him, he is very tough who constantly hits very hard and also drains prayer a hell of a lot. Returning the golden goblin to sylas I think he then should give you the dwarven helmet then I think that is the quest complete
