Can't log into Steam

I tried to log into Steam, which has been running all day everyday forever. It says my account credentials have expired. WHAT? So I put in my Username and password, which, of course, doesn't work. I decided to change my password like I always do when something like this happens, which has only happened twice so far.

 

 

 

So did that work? I don't know. I have absolutely no idea, because it didn't send the email. I got two emails heralding the approach of the email, but not the actual email. I have no idea how to continue.

 

 

 

Suggestions? Experiences? Muffins for dizzle?
