Its around 1k bow per hour.

 

 

 

I remember when it used to be 3-5k bows/hour before string-x.

 

 

 

The best advice I could give you is to go to Castle Wars and left-click on the bank chest for a one-click bank. Then, set up your bows and bowstring where you can easily access them and have withdraw-14 on. Withdraw 14 bows(u) and 14 bowstring.
