In the Bestiary, all it says are the locations of the Unicorn but I will also like to add how many

 

Unicorns there are in every location.

 

 

 

* South east of Varrock: 2 Unicorns, south of mine

 

* South east of Camelot Castle: 2 Unicorns, west of Catherby herb patch

 

* North of barbarian village: 2 Unicorns, north-east of Barbarian Village bar

 

* Northern Entrana, near the Law Altar: 4 Unicorns

 

* Lumbridge Swamp: 1 Unicorn, just west of the Lost City quest start

 

* South east of Rellekka: 1 Unicorn, 2 Unicorn Foals close to Fairy Ring AJR

 

* South east cage of Ardougne Zoo: 2 Unicorns, very close to Fairy Ring BIS

Even though I agree it's very practical information, people will request to add this information for (almost) all monsters. Such a task would be monstrous (pun intended =P) and no one is looking to do it. I'm sorry.
