Well Im sitting here crossing back and forth the lum"bridge" waiting for zanik to interact with the goblins but he is not. I have already interacted with all other Npcs.

Have you actually gone over next to the goblins? If Zanik isn't interacting with the goblins across the river, try taking her to the goblins west of Lumbridge.
