In the Varrock Museum minigame guide in the section where it lists what quests you need to do to get kuddo's; the very last quest on the list is listed as follows:

 

 

 

The Tale of the Muspah

 

(Bring the Prophecy Tablet to Minas)

 

 

 

It is actually the Glorious Memories quest where the prophecy tablet is obtained from Baba Yaga after bringing her the unfinished astral rune.
