May 20, 200917 yr I think its been found that generally, Rings of Wealth make little impact on every drop. The increase in drop rate is barely noticeable, and can be placed down to personal luck. Such as coins, arrows etc. Seeing as bolt tips stack, then you could use it, however it's relatively pointless as you'll need a few bolt tips before you make profit.
