But the better spot is in the dungeon with the [bleep]es and falling rocks and stuff, not the spot by the altar...you'd need prayer potions. You're probably better off killing armoured zombies with a whip. If you're set on maxing or something, try a keris dagger on kalphites...it hits higher than Dharok's anyway. You'll lose maybe 10k gp off potions, and the experience will be horrible as well. But if you just want to hit really high, a keris can give you a triple damage hit instead of Dharok's double damage, so you'll end up hitting higher. I was just guessing that the reason you wanted the monster to have a specific hp was so you could hit your max. Well, if that's your goal, then the way to go is kalphites.
