well, As i can cook tunas on open fires at ge with no burn now, Can i do that to 85-95ish?(as F2P) (no burn for monks with cooking gaunts, or without whichever i have will to get to) where i do Monks to 99?

Id Recommend that you get 86 Cooking, then switch to Swordfish, If you can not afford Stick with Tuna's. And if you do become member and get 99 Cooking with Gaunts do use Monks, and go to Rouge's Den; constant burning fire.
