There is a rather decent melee guide in my Sig. You could range them but i can assure you it wont be anything as good as Melee. Use knives instead of a Cbow, Maybe torags legs, Dhide body and archerhelm/robin hood along with Snakeskin/ranger boots. There are decent drops.
