Identify zombie outtbreak.2.Load all of my guns.3.Run to army/Navy store in town. Buy more guns and ammo,probably boots too.4.Aquire all possible provisions.5. Identify suitable, fortify able multi-level building, preferably with a flat tiop for future farming purposes.6. Set up in said building.7. Establish rules and regulations for living in my sanctuary.8. Take survivors/uninfected.9. Over time "take back" other buildings, connect them via walkways and bridges, which are easily destructible if need be. Also if we can get hold of some chickens or cows... uber win. Everyone will be thinking this, you'd have to hit the stores ridiculously early. This would also be dangerous, as there would likely be crazed looters who would shoot you for supplies.5. Identify suitable, fortify able multi-level building, preferably with a flat tiop for future farming purposes. Ideal locations will likely be taken unless you have a significant force to back you up.6. Set up in said building.7. Establish rules and regulations for living in my sanctuary.8. Take survivors/uninfected. Very risky, considering you'd likely have no solid way to identify immunes.9. Over time "take back" other buildings, connect them via walkways and bridges, which are easily destructible if need be. You're better off letting the army handle it (i.e. Shaun of the Dead). Top priority should be sustaining your colony if you make it that far. Also if we can get hold of some chickens or cows... uber win. Just my two cents. Of course my points are invalid if there's some kind of I am Legend formula where most die, some change, and very few are immune. Then the plan would work well. Also if we can get hold of some chickens or cows... uber win.I admit provisions wouldn't be easy to come by, but it doesn't hurt to try.Ideal locations, maybe i think a lot of people would head for the mountains where I live though.Taking survivors would be risky, which is why I'd have the first level of this building devoted entirely to "decontamination" you wait there for however long it takes for us to be sure you're not a zombie, then you may come up. What if the army is preoccupied in other areas? Or what if they can't/don't come? My area has a particular advantage in my opinion. Many people have 4-wheel drive vehicles and guns, +5 to zombie outbreak survival chances. We have a nice mix of suburban convenience and rural "tendencies". ALSO! With my rules and regulations part, this is where my noose-tying knowledge could come in handy! Also if i had time I'd post on the internet in as many places as i could find where I was. He's a certified TZDF member. Outfit him with weapons.5)Drive to Omaha. Meet up with Goon. Make him give me a piggyback ride. Then attempt to contact other towns.6)From there, wing it.
