I have an old Dell Dimension 8200 with stock speakers and sound system, etc. I used to have control over the EQ of my computer through Santa Cruz.. but I've lost it somehow. I cannot access the Santa Cruz menu. And randomly the bass on my computer will turn ridiculously loud to the point where it's all you hear and you cannot listen to music, or people talking on YouTube. How do I fix this problem?
