I use super attacks sometimes. Only super pot i really have around from training herblore. I found a ton of newt eyes a long time ago so I had plenty of then to train with.

 

 

 

Other than that I don't use any. I don't make them much, adn I never buy pots. Sometimes I use some super str if i make them :P
