Fastest/Cheapest f2p smithing xp

Featured Replies

I'm probably going to be getting members here pretty soon, but in the mean time i want to get from level 58 to 60 while i wait. What is the fastest or cheapest way to get 60 smithing? I havent smithed in years, just want to get to level 60 and then i'll probably never level it again.

Thanks

cheapest would be to mine ur own mith and coal in mining guild and superheat it into bars. its not super fast, but u gain sweet smith and mage xp. otherwise, just buy loads of iron and coal and smelt into steel bars. keep those for if you get mem and turn them into cannonballs or sell the bars (u get about 158gp profit that way) but it isnt fast...

fastest is buying steel bars and turning into plates, but this will cost loads of money

Cheapest is smithing steel bars. It is, however, really slow. 58-60 will take you probably around ten or so more hours and make you supposedly 633 600. While the monetary figure is very nice, the time is only a rough estimate and it may take a little to a lot longer. But to each his own.

Disclaimer: I have not smithed as F2P in a year or so. Calculations based off of GE prices, time based off of memory.
