Back after a break, some questions about pking/my acc

Long story short: I had a 2-3year break from runescape, i used to only pk, and i wanna continue that. So: Where should i start ''training'' to pk in this new system, f2p/p2p?, (and after ive ''learnt to pk'' in this new system?, what armors, what weapons, which skills should i/shouldnt i train, which are the ''safest''/most ''dangerous'' places to pk, how do i get good drops. And last but not least: DO I HAVE A CHANCE OF PWNING IN PK ANYMOAR? :D
