You mentioned only a week off, if you are only playing for a week then I think you should just do your favorite skill.As previously mentioned WGS is the hardest quest in the game currently and you might wanna give that a shot, or aim to get your skills high enough to complete,fifths aren't already. I really can't say much more without your stats,sorry.
