Featured Replies

Hey, ive decided that im going to aim for a higher mining. But, i dont know how. Im looking for a fast-ish way

but also one that can make me money. Also, how much exp/hour is it about?

Thanks to anyone who helps.

EDIT: Anyone got an idea on how much p ess i could mine in a hour at mage guild?

If you want experience all the way, power mining (I'll assume you know what this is) granite/iron would be the way to go.

If you want money all the way, mining coal/metal rocks (mith, addy, rune...) would be the way.

If you would want a combination of both, then mining iron and then banking it and/or coal would be decent cash and experience flow. However you'd be sacrificing a little of one for another.

I'm powermining iron atm, and it's roughly 44k xp an hour. (1 minute = 21 ores i mine) (21 x 35xp = 735xp x 60 = 44100xp)

I do this by the mine 3, drop 3, so I'm not making any money out of this.

HOWEVER, i keep all gems i mine, and so far I've got 31 sapphires, 19 emmys, 15 rubies and 14 diamonds.
