Training at monkey guards in ape toll

ok so i came across these during monkey madness and they good for me to beat on beccause i got 53 prayer :)

 

 

 

Here is my stats

 

70 att

 

67 str

 

59 def

 

53 prayer

 

 

 

now i will be using full rune, glory or str amulet, dragon scim to train str to 70

 

then i will be using whip until 70 defense

 

 

 

Now what items will i need to train there lots i know some food, 2-3 super sets, and anti posions

 

 

 

also does that monkey wand thing still work if i complteed monkey madness? (can i wear armor with it?)

 

 

 

any ideas to help me out here would be great im trying to find a spot that i can semi afk in and not worry about it. Ill prolly be doing bandits with guthans once im at 70 str/att/def so anybody help here

1. i think you should train at trolls or moss giants considering your attack lvl.

 

2. if you are gonna come to monkeys bring

 

 

 

iniate or monk

 

glory

 

rune deffender if you can get it

 

helm of neizi

 

whip if your training attack

 

regen brace or combat brace for gloves

 

and ring of life, warior ring, or berserker ring

 

d boots

yes you can just get to the monkeys just wear your armor and weild the staff thingy so that means you cant weild a wepon until you are at monkeys except the monkey greegree(yes greegree still works after quest)
