Fairy Tale part 2, i just need to use the fairy rings for seers diary. and

 

i do not meet the requirements for farming and herb which are lvl 49 and 57 respectively

 

 

 

but Tip.it has said "NOTE: You do not need to meet the Farming, Herblore and Thieving skill requirements to gain access to the Fairy Rings. You only need to be able to start the quest."

 

does this mean im safe from wasting mils on herblore?? :thumbup:
