Another way that I really havent seen people use is running back and going to Port Sarim then going to the Void Knight Outpost rinse and repeat. It is a cheaper (actually costing nothing except for your initial essence and costs to repair pouches) by not using the duel rings and you don't have to worry about getting logs.

Sorry, but we can't note down every possible method in our runecrafting guide, therefore we only state the quickest methods (besides runecrafting tabs). As this method is way slower (I think it's even slower then the "normal" running from and to Draynor), we're not putting it on our site. Sorry :(
