I could probably find you lots of ideas with the word "Divine" in them. Does that mean I stole of all of them in my Divine Equipment idea? No.

 

 

 

It's such a common word, anyone has the right to use it. You've proved nothing. You could only claim the above if it's completely obvious that the word was made up by you and he stole it. Like, oh I don't know, Helixweaving, or something...
