Melee Question

I have the following combat stats:

 

 

 

77 Attack

 

83 Strength

 

97 Defence

 

99 Ranged

 

66 Prayer

 

83 Magic

 

96 Hitpoints

 

 

 

My combat is 108 (F2P - Never been P2P so summon ain't important).

 

 

 

Now, because Ranged isnt enough to pk in F2P I have to train my melee skills. What should I do to be a better Pkers in F2P using melee & ranged? Should I take 99 str + 80 att or 90 str + 90 att, or something else?

 

 

 

Can you please give me advice about it because ATM I am a fail pker, I get owned by people with combat 99 and 99 strength (and that not only in No-armor).

No matter what anyone tells you on here, attack IS the most important skill in f2p pking. The attack bonuses on f2p weapons like scimmies are way too low.. you definitely need a boost in your attack lvl to make up for it. In p2p, I'd probably suggest strength, but no way in f2p.

 

 

 

99 attack would be ideal. I recommend keeping your strength level 5 to 10 below your attack or of course - even better, max them both out.

 

 

 

Use range prayer (Eagle Eye) to increase your range by 15% in combat as well btw.
