I need to dig in the fire near the glider in Karamja but I can`t find it. Do I have to complete the grand tree quest first? thanks

The glider is on the east side of the river that runs north-south through the karamja mainland. You could probably cross on the log in the middle of the map if you have a high enough agility level.

 

 

 

It's the glider SOUTH of the crashed one and south of the shipyard. The foodle thing is a reference to the glider gnome's name.
