July 14, 200916 yr The only places that the ZS and SS can be exchanged are waterfiends for use of the crush option. The SS is best for strength training, if you can't get that then the D Scimmy + Rune def + Fury or the Obby Split Sword + rune def + Beserker Necklace would be best to use for strength training. The only other place i think that the ZS is useful is on the Corp Beast since it is weak to stab and the ZS has the best stab. I never heard of the ZS ever being used as an option to train strength.
