I don't think jagex is going to add easier ways to train magic that make tons of money any time soon :/ It would be like getting 99 fletching with yew longbows except you'd make A LOT more money. It'd be fast exp and money with ardy teletabs. 61 exp/cast, string amulet is 83 exp/cast.
