Well im close to hitting 71 range, and currently 77 cb, I took a break off my main. I intend on getting 99 using Avies,Fire giants, Blue drags, yaks, and the occasional tzhaar. If I spent 2hrs a day doing this, could I hit 99 by the beginning of 2010?

From today, if you average roughly 74k everyday for the rest of the year, you will be 99 ranged Dec. 31.

What If I chinned occasionally? Is there a good place to chin?

You could do Aviansies to at least 85 and spend the money you get there on Chinning, when you run out swap between the two. Best way to train range imho.
