I've been all over the northern hunter area (one with the kyatts) and I didn't get the song. I've also entered and gone a little into the Rouge Den Maze minigame and I didn't get the song. ~It's Super Effective! At the iceburg, outside the KGP place head to the ne corner where there is a polar bear. Walk around him (can be tircky cause wlak paths r weird up there) Hop over the ice pillars.
