Combat Level Requirements.

I undestand that some quests (Smoking Kills, Dream Mentor) have a combat level requirement of 85.

 

 

 

However, what I don't understand is why, at 83 Combat, the quest guide says I can complete Dream Mentor, even though I'm 'filtering' the quests I can't complete. :S

 

 

 

Any explanations?

It's a bug :/ Just do the bug report thing on the rs homepage... Only 5 levels to go ;D

And actually, 2 levels to go; my Attack and Strength aren't high enough to be on highscores :P
