July 25, 200916 yr If you're p2p, then 99 att, str, and 70 pray will work fine. If you're f2p, ditch the att and pray; just get 99 str.
July 26, 200916 yr yes, depending on what you are(meaning f2p of p2p) f2p-get strength/range to 99 p2p-prayer to 70(for piety), attack,str,range,and def to 99, as well as maybe 94 magic? for vengeance.
