99 Construction? 99 Herb?

Can anyone tell me what the cost of 99 construction is with current prices? And the best/commonly used methods to getting there?

for construction, its about 111m, without SC hammers, and half of that with the hammers. Using oak larders all the way, some people think that oak dungeon doors are faster and that would be a similar price.

I think it's 30-40M if you use SC hammers and oak logs. Have the logs noted in your inventory and use them on your butler (normal one) and have him unnote 20 of them. When he gives you the unnoted logs, use them on him again and have him take them to the saw mill. You need 5-10M cash alone for the butler, which is included in the cost. Oak planks are faster, but they cost just under 500 GP each in the GE. Having your butler run the planks for you costs only 250 each at the saw mill, plus an additional ~40GP that it costs to buy each log in the GE. You'll probably end up spending 50-60M if you buy the planks. It's your choice, but I'd personally use the money that I could save towards remodeling my house.
