trouble loading runescape

Featured Replies

Lately, I've been often having problems with loading runescape. The window will turn white and there will be a message in the top left that says "Error. Click for details." When I click and ask for details, a window pops up with some messages that look Java related. I'm including the full text of one example of this in case it helps. How can I make this stop happening?

Browser ?

If FireFox : update your Java plugins.

Link

If that doesn't work go to :

C:\Documents and Settings\David\Application Data

Clear the cache.

That's what you would do normally. But in your case : it looks like you've got something to do with your firewall.

Allow Cookies and Mobile code for : www.runescape.com

And if that doesn't work. Reinstall the Environment completely.

Thanks. I updated the Java plugins; we'll see if that works.
