Juno mail format to Gmail format

I know this is a long shot, but i though I'd ask this anyway.

 

 

 

I have a friend that uses Juno for her Email. And i use Gmail myself.

 

 

 

So, when ever she Emails me, it comes out strange. Normally, Gmail will list conversations as one item with most other Email providers.

 

But when she Emails me, and i reply, the reply she sends back to me comes out as a separate item. Then the pattern repeats.

 

 

 

This floods my inbox, and I'm one to save every conversation i exchange with someone. So, this problem is annoying.

 

 

 

Is there a plugin i can install, or a setting i can change? I fished around on google. But nothing useful came up.

 

 

 

I have no idea if anyone would be able to help me with this, as the problem is kinda far fetched. But if you could, that'd be great!
